Too Cold and Dark to Run?

Dear Fellow Runners,

What if between now and February you drastically improved your VO2 max in a fun low-impact environment using kickboxing, strength training, indoor rowing, battle ropes, spinning, core and agility work.
I love to be outside too but….
It’s colder in mornings and dangerously darker in the afternoon. You know that already but my concern is you might be slacking off and talking yourself out a few runs. then before you know an off week turns to a month and you find yourself down the road frustrated that your winded and sluggishly slow.
I’m inviting you to a workout program that is actually going to make you better at running, and keep you out of the cold and dark weather. (no we wont be getting on a treadmill)


 The other options are….

A) Be a warrior and fight the cold  (I commend you on that)

B) spend countless hours on a stationary treadmill (which could be bad for your knees and actually make you slower)

C) Try out Squad Fitness which will condition your whole body in a safe productive way that will have you feeling better and running faster.
