Here is the fastest way to do it.

800 kcal is a lot in 30 min and is possible as seen in above. :)

But, Lately I have been seeing 2 short cuts people are taking in their workouts and missing out on body transforming results due to lack of these 2 this.

1. Range of motion
2. Speed

When we combine these 2 things intensity will increase and  your body will be forced to change.

Here’s is what I mean…..

1. Range of motion is how far you are moving with in a given exercise lets use pushups for example.

If you only do the “shoulder pushups” (moving 3 inches) vs all the way up and down your missing 3x the calorie burn and not recruiting the right muscles to do the exercise.  This also means No toned up arms for you. :(

The further you move the more your heart rate is gonna go up and the more calories your gonna burn. That’s why 10 burpees gets your heart rate higher than something like a bicep curl. think about it.

If you increase range of motion you will unlock muscles that aren’t getting worked and get way more out of the workouts you’re doing.

2. Speed is simply how fast you move.

Here is a quick video 2 factors how to burn more calories in your workout

When doing a fat burning workout you should be moving explosively for maximum results. You should be moving at a 1-1 cadence or faster . That is 1 second up, one second down the entire set.

If you find yourself with a short range of movement or paced repititions you are burning time,  not fat.  Drop down deep in the movement and get back up fast.
